Table to Table, Inc. holds Donor and Registrant Privacy in high regard. As such, we ensure donors their personal information will not be shared with any third party.

Table to Table, Inc. provides this Donor Privacy Policy to inform our donors of the way their information is used. We also provide donors with the opportunity to remove their name from our mailing list, as well as to restrict or choose the mailings they wish to receive.

Table to Table, Inc. collects and maintains the following types of donor information:

Name, organization, complete address, phone number, fax number, email address.

Payment Information
Only if donors establish an online account.

Special Mailing Requests
We honor specific mailing requests from individuals who advise us of their desire to be removed from our mailing list or to receive specific mailings such as newsletters or events only.

Table to Table, Inc. uses Donor Information to complete a transaction, communicate directly to the donor, and update our donors on our efforts. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes.

It is our desire to not send unwanted mail to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. E-mail or written communications provide a mechanism to have your address removed from our contact list.

Table to Table, Inc. will never sell, rent, or share donor personal information with other organizations. We assure donors their identity will be kept confidential. Use of donor information is limited to the internal purposes of Table to Table, Inc.
